SENDAN’s HSE management system aims to provide the framework and tools to manage evolving HSE issues quickly and easily while meeting the high standard of HSE performance and expectations of both the client and regulatory authorities. We believe that nothing is more precious than human life and well-being and ensure that all conceivable measures are taken when we conduct our business to strictly comply with the highest international health & safety standards for achieving the ultimate goal of ZERO accident. It also serves to ensure that a safe and healthy work environment is provided to our employees, avoiding injury to any person, damage to equipment or property or any harm to the environment as a result of company business activities.

Training is as essential as workplace safety itself. It enables the management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. It also helps the employees to recognize safety hazards and corrects them. It enables them to understand the best safety practices and expectations.
SENDAN has implemented an intensive HSE training program across the company and project sites in order to improve awareness on health, safety and environment and focus on fundamental topics such as the structure of HSE Management System, hazards and risks associated with the work we are dealing with and the corrective and preventive measures to eliminate the hazards, emergency procedures etc.
Behavior Based Safety is designed to encourage people’s actions toward safer outcomes, ideally by preventing an accident or injury before it occurs.
SENDAN has introduced digital application (SENSAFE) which is an online solution that collects and processes HSE observations in real time from employees on worksites. The data is analyzed instantly and converted to graphs and visuals that help the company identify hazards, predict trends, take corrective action and reinforce desirable behaviors. SENSAFE works online and offline mode so that the issue of network connectivity is no longer an impediment and give our safety program a chance to make a positive difference.

SENDAN’s Corporate Performance Management (CPM) process involves monitoring and managing our company’s performance, according to key performance indicators (KPIs). Our Business Units developed their Annual Business Plan which are supported by the Operational Plans from the Support Units to align our organizations strategies and goals to our plans and executions. This alignment allows our focus to be placed on key drivers of our business operations as well as on the key business metrics that must be maintained to improve our company’s revenue and profitability. It also provides our company with significant business insights through processes like supply chain management, risk management, scenario analysis, financial planning and budgeting, forecasting and data reporting and use them for decision-making.
SENDAN advocates improvement by continually improving our organizational systems and processes adequacy, effectiveness, and suitability. We consider the results of regular monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation of our KPIs against targets, risk assements, quality audits, and the outputs from management reviews to determine opportunities that shall be addressed and introduce various improvement initiatives
