After earning my bachelor’s degree in business administration from SEU University in KSA, I launched my career at SENDAN International as Saudization Manager in May 2015. Over the years, my management recognized my leadership qualities, which led to my gradual advancement within the company. I now serve as the Manager HR & Admin, overseeing various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, administration, localization development, and government relations.

I find my current role to be incredibly fulfilling, as it allows me to balance both creative and administrative tasks. I enjoy the variety; when I feel bogged down by routine duties, I can shift my focus to more creative projects. Working at SENDAN has enabled me to hone my skills, demonstrate my capabilities, and accumulate valuable experience.
