Holding a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Materials Management, he is a dynamic and highly energetic professional with a robust techno-commercial background. With over 21 years of extensive experience including 17 years in GCC, he is renowned for his successful management of major Oil & Gas Refinery, Power Plant, and Infrastructure projects for prominent clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, QP and leading EPC firms in the region. As the head of the Project Management Office (PMO), he oversees crucial areas including planning, costing, budgeting, claim management, and subcontracting.
