SENDAN Has Successfully Replaced an Old Urea Reactor at SAFCO 5 Plant

SENDAN has recently replaced the existing urea reactor at SAFCO 5 successfully. During the project execution, our team of experts were very successful in removing the old reactor from the plant safely and professionally, and the new reactor was installed in its place. The scope of supply includes fabrication and structural platforms along with Installation of piping, E&I items and NDT/ NDE for piping installation along with hot work and insulation work for the said reactor. This reactor weighs approximately 322 tons having total length of around 53 meters, width of approximately 4 meters, and height of approximately 4.5 m. The rigging study of this job was conducted by our professionals having experience of doing similar critical jobs.
