 The Job Site is in inside the fenced area of Ras Tanura Refinery to the west side of Plant 27. The objective is to is to provide a facility for a reduction of the total water content in the ultralow sulfur diesel (USLD) product from Ras Tanura Refinery (RTR) to limit the total water content to a maximum of 80 milligrams per kilogram in compliance with Saudi Aramco A-861 product specification. The facilities will be designed for a name plate capacity of 145 MBSPD. Diesel flow from J80 will be 40 MBSPD and from J88 105 MBSPD.
