Job Description
Shall be responsible for managing the Contracts between SENDAN and other Companies/Clients in order to ensure that Parties meet their obligations, in addition, shall resolve any contractual dispute between SENDAN and other Companies whether amicably or through drafted Claims.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineer in any discipline/ Relevant Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ out of which 4 years in Oil & Gas Gulf Experience in Post Contract Administration role is Mandatory.
- Candidate must hold certification from NICMAR in Construction Management or relevant certification in Contract Management (CCP / CCCM).
- Candidate must be familiar with basic Procedures and Mechanism of Condition of Contract.
- Expert in Preparation Executive Contractual Summary and Daily, Weekly, Monthly Contractual Progress Report for the Review of Management & Management Claims, & Change orders, Variations, EoT etc.
- Familiar in Support negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with Contractors.
- Must have proficient oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Description
The main purpose of the job is to plan, organize, control and implement the activities under the Safe Work Permit while working at any project site. The incumbent shall ensure that all the activities must be in line with the Safe Working Procedures, already set and agreed with the client. He will perform his role in attaining the objective of 100% safe & risk free working environment.
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 to 2 Year of relevant experience, Fresher of Diploma would be considerable.
- Must be holding IOSH / NEBOSH Safety Certification.
- Good communication Skills in English.
- Familiar Safety Standards & Industry Standards.
Job Description
The position is responsible for providing environmental health and safety support to the operations and will ensure that all practices are in compliance with the company’s internal regulatory requirements. The position will also be responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and its application.
Qualification
- Candidates must be having Engineering / Bachelor / Diploma from recognized Institute / College with safety certification of Health & Safety.
- Candidates who have 1 to 2 years of experience in Industrial Construction / Oil and Gas can apply. Fresher also will be considered.
- Candidates with NEBOSH IGC / IOSH 30 hours are eligible.
- Adequate knowledge of HSE Operational Rules, regulations and documentations.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
