Zuluf Onshore Oil Facilities Construction Project, Electrical & Instrumentation Construction.

Saudi Aramco is planning the development of the Zuluf Oil Field in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, approximately 260 km north of Dhahran, approximately 2 km east of the New Tanajib Gas Plant, and 6 km west of Tanajib Airport. This grassroots onshore central processing facilities will process 600 MBCD of Arab Heavy (AH) crude oil from the Zuluf offshore field and the Zuluf Central Processing Facility (ZCPF) will include in-plant facilities for the treatment & subsequent supply of 3.079 MMBWD of Jaladi aquifer water injection into the Zuluf reservoir.

Ltd. is working with JGC Corporation on this project as a strategic partner and this project would bring joint success to SENDAN & JGC Corporation in the oil & gas market, this project would be another milestone in the development of our relationship with the world class EPC player as a success story. SENDAN scope of work entails plant wide electrical & instrumentation construction, further details are as under, our overall peak resource engagement on this project would be plus 1,200.
- 230KV GIS, MV, LV MCC & Switchgears installation.
- Low voltage transformers & Power distribution panels installation.
- Power transformers installation.
- Testing of switchgear, MCC, transformers including breakers, CT, PT bus bars & various relays.
- Installation of lighting fixtures.
- Installation of conduit, cable tray and cable pulling, cable glanding, termination & testing.
- Grounding system installation.
- Heat tracing & cathodic protection system.
- Instrument calibration, Instrument JB installation.
- Instrument DCS & PLC, SCADA panels installation, wiring, glanding & termination.
- Cable tray, conduit, duct bank installation.
- Loop check, instrument, Impulse tubing.
- Instrument airline installation and leak test.
- Commissioning assistance & handover.
