• Qualification: High School.

• Experience: 2 to 3 Years in Similar Role, Fresher also would be acceptable.

• Knowledge in all types of Scaffolding. Experience into tube and coupler scaffold.

The main purpose of the job is to plan, organize, control and implement the activities under the Safe Work Permit while working at any project site. The incumbent shall ensure that all the activities must be in line with the Safe Working Procedures, already set and agreed with the client. He will perform his role in attaining the objective of 100% safe & risk-free working environment.

Job Duties

• Initiating and completing all applicable sections of the Safe Work Permit
• Supervising the work prescribed in the Safe Work Permit to ensure it is conducted in the most efficient and safest manner.
• Ensures that all other personnel who are completing the work or will be affected by the work are knowledgeable about and understand fully the hazards, risks and risk control measures which are applicable to the work that is being completed.
• Ensures that if the work is completed, that the work site is left in a safe and operable condition; that all unnecessary tools, equipment and materials are removed from the site and ensures that the Permit to Work is closed.
• Ensures that if the work is not completed at the end of the work shift, that the work site is left in a safe, secure and tidy condition and that another Permit to Work is prepared and issued before work resumes at the work site.
• Providing and arranging all necessary resources, in coordination with the job supervisor, related with performing the work including stand-by man for Confined Space Entry and Hot Work.
• Ensures the availability of other supporting/ relevant documents along with the Safe Work Permit like JSA, Lifting Plans, LOTO certificates, Excavation drawings etc.
• Ensures that if there are any significant changes to the risks or to the scope of work that is being completed that the work is stopped, personnel, equipment and the environment will not suffer a loss and that the Supervisor, or his Designated Representative plus the Permit Issuer are fully aware of the change in the risks or scope of work.
• Ensures that, if required, the Permit to Work is cancelled and a new Permit to Work, with modified risk control measures, is issued before work resumes.
• Supervises and monitors the sub-contractor’s (if any) performance in reflection to the safety regulations, standards and Safe Work Permit compliance.
• Keep the record of the relevant documentations with the permit
• Keep an updated record of the Safe Work Permit
• Coordinates with the client’s representative (Permit Issuer)
• Resolves any issue occurs regarding Safe Work Permit in coordination with relevant job Supervisor.

Coordinates with other stakeholders (Other Sub-cons.) at the site regarding the Safe Work Permit.

Requirements

• Must Possess Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil
• Preferably should have other HSE related certifications.
• Minimum 0 to 2 Year of relevant experience, Fresher of Diploma would be considerable.
• Good Communication Skills in English
• Familiar Safety Standards & Industry Standards.

• Qualification: High School / Diploma in Material Management.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years similar role in Construction Industry.

• Knowledge in Construction Materials.

• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written.

• Good in MS Office.

• Qualification: High School / Diploma in Rigging or similar role.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant Construction and Mechanical Industry.

• Sound knowledge in lifting and rigging activity.

• Able to communicate in English.

• ARAMCO Approved Rigger would be preferable.

• Candidates must be having Engineering / Bachelor / Diploma from recognized Institute / College with safety certification of Health & Safety.
• Candidates with NEBOSH IGC / IOSH 30 hours are eligible.
• Candidates who have 1 to 2 years of experience in Industrial Construction / Oil and Gas can apply. Fresher also will be considered.
• Adequate knowledge of HSE Operational Rules, regulations and documentations.
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
